bitcoin:native looks like it is coming to a resistance point at the 100 week will be interesting to see if it can break it. Give the large upswing over the past few weeks I lean towards getting rejected off that level but the market always has a way of surprising.
How you read a tax bill before, those expenses are for schools, roads, water, sewer, police, fire, etc. Expense that everyone in the community shares, you are paying for the services the city and county provide. Also, assessor are pretty behind on the assessed value, just try to offer that value to a homeowner and they will laugh in your face. But for how that money is spent is definitely a discussion I can get behind and needs to be addressed.
Not bearish or bullish just observing. The only carrying the market is the MAGS. Equal weight S&P, Russel, Dow are all closing in on correction territory. MAGS are now forming heavy bearish divergence on the weekly. Key to remember is be patience and wait for opportunities.
These are general rules for underwriting income. Self-employed income is based on how much the business makes which is variable. One year could be $1m the next 0, average $500k. A 500k W2 makes the same amount year to year. The variability could cause the self employed person to miss payments because of the down years. It’s not that banks won’t lend to self employed people, they just have to make sure the income is stable year to year or at least not decreasing. Revenues and profit of a businesses goes up and down, look at the stock market but do the employees income change, not really.
There is a big difference between Fortune 500 entrepreneurs and a 1099 contractor 😂. I don’t disagree entrepreneurship is amazing and provides other advantages from a personal security standpoint but we are talking about it from a lending point of view. Overall, for 1099 / solo nonemployer startup only 27% survived an 8-year study period per the Census.
Today the S&P 100 is making a new all time high, but even within this mega cap index breadth has collapsed.
This is a 100% futures-driven algo rally.
Nothing else.
