All I was highlighting was the issue with jurisprudence, defining legality or the opposite, defining criminality. The latter is far simpler and relies on Common law/Jurys, the former is highly complex & legally verbose

We dont need infrastructure, strong laws, policed, harsh punishments. The pernicious creep of what youre allowed to do against policing crime
