Contact from customer support to resolve this issue would help restore faith in your brand. We would like a refund or at the very least, full replacement with a non-faulty unit please. Hate to resort to these measures, but the hours lost over the weeks to resolve this is absurd
@SamsungUS I am beside myself on the decline in customer service and quality of your products. Our brand new several month old fridge stopped working and despite being told “24-48h”, almost 2 weeks later our fridge is growing mold instead of being fixed or replaced. Please help!
