I believed in the system & initiative by Gov as RERA and local UP and GZB authorities GDA & purchased a flat at Mahagun Montage
Now Builder is stopped construction & no one is listening to us
I feel cheated and helpless

@gdagzb GDA56875: we forced builder to resubmit the plan addressing GDA concerns on 11/05/2023. Could you pls expedite approval now? It’s been a year now since the construction is halted and we have been paying both EMI’s and Rent. Double blow to us. @myogioffice @dm_ghaziabad

@Viveksinghz @gdagzb मानचित्र के नवीनीकरण के बाद ही Builder कार्य कर सकता ह��� ये सबको ज्ञात है तथा यही कारण है कि एक साल से Mahagun Montage मे कोई कार्य नहीं हुआ है.

GDA Mahagun Montage के मानचित्र के नवीनीकरण क्यु नहीं कर रही है इसकी जानकारी प्रदान करे.

By this only builder is getting undue advantage and favour for delaying projects.
Tax paing middle class is getting stuck in this trap. EMI burden + rents + loan pressure.

@gdagzb It has been 4 weeks and no updates from GDA side. What is the use of creating ticket if there is no action? Is Twitter handle just for the namesake. @myogiadityanath @CMOfficeUP @dm_ghaziabad @Gen_VKSingh please look into the matter, there are around 600 buyers impacted.

@gdagzb It has been a week but have no response on complaint id - GDA56875. With each passing day, the situation is getting bleak, we are loosing hope, seek your help at earliest. Reiterating builder is claiming that paper work is complete but GDA delaying approval @CMOfficeUP
