@Yurchik41779 @ABC Defund the Police isn't anti-police. It's anti-militarization of police, we want police to do what they are trained for they aren't supposed to be therapists or social workers but because of lack of funding for these programs they are forced to be which isnt fair to them.

@Yurchik41779 @ABC The "defund the police" idea isn't to get rid of all monies going to police it's to stop funding military grade equipment in places it's not warranted and instead send that money to other programs that help remove some issues that our police shouldn't have to deal with.

@Yurchik41779 @ABC FFS, using public funds to hire more social workers vs police militarization isn't to send Social Workers into the midst of a Domestic Dispute, it's to have them follow up after, to try to lower the possibility of the police having to return to several more domestic disputes.
