@AuroraGov gotta love Aurora, let’s close down one lane of our busiest streets on Thanksgiving week so everyone can take 3 times as long to get home. 6th Avenue and Chambers is a parking lot East and West.
@AuroraGov 6th Avenue parking lot because the city doesn’t know how to sequence lights. Once again 6th Avenue from Laredo to 225 takes 30 minutes to go 1 mile because none of the lights change at the same time in the same direction. It’s an embarrassment.
@AuroraGov Once again Aurora’s stop lights between airport and 225 on 6th ave are not on the same sequence so 5 cars get through per light and we all lose 1 hour to go a couple blocks. Step it up Aurora government. Get someone who understands traffic flow.

@SilverthorneCO How about a police officer on Hwy 9 signaling cars on to I-70 so your whole town isn’t gridlocked and people don’t have to sit for 3 hours just to get on to I-70?
@RockyNPS Grand Lake has 2 feet of new snow but RMNP continues to hold the town hostage by not opening the snowmobile trail. It’s getting pathetic, people paid by our tax dollars won’t let us use the land that is already ours. Someone should be fired.
@AuroraGov another day stuck on 6th avenue westbound between Chambers and 225 for 30 minutes, going nowhere because the city doesn’t understand stoplight sequencing .
@AuroraGov I saw the 4th or 5th car accident in the last year at Norfolk Street and 6th Ave today. The median in center of 6th Ave needs to be cut out so cars can turn left without having to dart across 3 lanes to then make a u turn into 3 lanes of traffic.
@MickFleetwood So sorry for the loss and devastation caused to your beloved town, coworkers, friends and family. Lahaina is an amazing place and your restaurant is special, my family had lunch on your patio on June 20th. Please build back, lifelong Fleetwood Mac fan’s.
@RockyNPS Once again there is plenty of snow in Grand Lake and the 2 mile long town trail is groomed and ready for snowmobiles but the park service hasn’t opened the trail. It’s not that complicated, snow is there, move the barricade and let the people enjoy there holiday.
@PolisForCO I noticed on your latest vaccination list that essential workers are 1B3. Construction workers have been going to work through the entire pandemic but I don’t see them on this list. We were essential when you needed us to turn the Convention Center into a hospital?
@GovofCO please help us, my home is in the Columbine lake neighborhood in Grand Lake and the sheriff is not letting residents who’s homes survived the East Troublesome Fire back in so they can keep there houses from flooding due to frozen pipes. I get it takes time, but 1 week.
@GrandCountyOEM 1 week is enough time to make it safe enough to let us save our house from freezing pipes and flooding, give us back our property before ever house in the valley is damaged. This is unacceptable.
@erin_stines we just found out our house at 414 county Road 49 survived, I asked the fire department if my neighbors survived and they said that the house behind me and to the side of me survived. They said a-lot of homes on the right hand side coming up GCR49 were gone.
@nchute Nate, I saw your article with satellite images of Grand Lake before and after the fire. Thank you for your hard work. Can you get a more clear smoke free photo so the hundreds of people who have lost there homes can sleep again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
