Just published- Biomechanics of 2 SARTS tests. Side hold rotations and line hops load serratus anterior & infraspinatus. Infraspinatus attenuates posterior shear of humeral head in 90 degrees flexion. I been using these tests as clinical measures of serratus and infra endurance.
