✅ White Earth Nation granted up to EIGHT cannabis dispensaries OUTSIDE tribal lands across Minnesota
✅ The compact was negotiated in SECRET — MinnPost reported ‘the pending compacts will not be made public until they are signed’
✅ Cities cannot protest or block tribal dispensaries even if they exceed local caps
✅ Tax exemption questions remain unresolved
✅ Critics raised concerns about MONOPOLIZATION — giving tribal enterprises a massive advantage over private businesses
