#rudecustomers Just read an article about rude customers and thought I’d share mine. When I was working in hospitality when this lady made me cry because she yelled at me for asking what drink she wanted with her meals.

That is all I said to her and it went on for so long. She even tried accusing me of racism - again I just asked what drink she wanted - and got pissed when at the end checking her order was 100% correct so she nothing to yell at me for. Asked to see the manager after that.
