Just a tweet to say that I am in love with Jason X, Janessa is someone that I would be friends with, and that Jason X sits at #1 on my F13 franchise ranking.
๐ฅน๐๐ Writing part of my brain / heart has been reactivated. Bc when the director of one of my favorite 2024 films, Immaculate, says this, thatโs what happens.
Recently discovered John Carpenter's great made-for-tv movie SOMEONE'S WATCHING ME!, and was kind of blown away by the beautifully handled queer representation. Quite radical for '78. @BrooksaJoshua's article perfectly articulates why this is so special. https://t.co/F4N3brdFhd

My fav is when Iโm watching a sitcom, and one of its regulars is from one of my horror movies.
In this case, Iโm watching Living Single, and realized that Kyle (Terrence Carson) is Eugene from Final Destination 2.
After a day of watching Halloween movies (last one being Hocus Pocus), I walked out to the porch and found this bebe sitting in my chair. They let me love on them, but having a collar, I assumed theyโre someoneโs outside cat.
I love that this isnโt like the ick and controlling backlash of other fandoms that request certain aspects be changed to their liking. Itโs just that we love this universe so much that no matter what happens, we would love to see it. #SaveChucky
Reminiscing. I miss this gal, Pix. Somehow, moreso when October is looming. I will definitely miss her scaring the many trick โr treaters with her viciousness.
Thereโs no other movie like Frank Henenlotterโs Brain Damage (1988). Itโs visually stunning. Itโs sick. It has viewpoints that range. Itโs sad. Itโs respectfully (?) exploitive. Itโs โฆ cinema.
