This will be my last post talking about this situation.

I know he has seen the document. He can fuck this off all he wants, but end of the day there is people hurting and afraid of retaliation.

I know that there will be people still defending his behavior and because of this I know he'll keep getting away with his behavior. I do encourage people to come forwards if they feel comfortable, the more people that come forwards the more people that will realize that he isn't who he claims to be.

Do I think he needs to be gone completely? Honestly no if he can TRUELY become better but right now I don't think he should be in the vtuber community the way he treats people.

Bipkin/CloudShift2 had 7 months - 3 years to improve but he hasn't and still thinks what he's doing is a joke. I did at one point believed he can improve and there's days where I want to believe that he can become a better person.

He's too old to behave like a crying toddler and acting like the victim when he's the one who did this to himself.

If Bipkin reads this all I can say is you need to grow up and treat people like people and not a tool for your disgusting pleasures.

I have risked my connections to my moots and friends for you too many times and to this day I feel like an awful person for believing you were a good person.

If I have put you in a uncomfortable situation with Bipkin I do apologize and hope we can talk things out for those who were affected by him.

I have decided to finally come forwards after months of silence. After what I have recently found out I can no longer stay silent.

Bipkin/Cloudshift2 has been causing me and my friends issues for the last 7 months. He has made bunch of people uncomfortable and sexually harassing them. He has made threats towards people and making them afraid to come forwards. He has made threats of leaking people's info and threatening to kill someone else.

Me and a few other people have came together to work on a google doc coming forwards with out experience with him.
