@SouthwestAir your policy that doesnt affect your passangers SHOULD NOT keep us on the ground. Medical equipment was used OH MY GOD we better fill out paperwork so we dont get sued or face compliance. This process can be much much better and NOT AFFECT PASSENGERS

@SouthwestAir I understand fully your have processes but you cannot explain to me in amy shape of form how paperwork MUST be done before we can take off. We are in America. Please explain to me what part of a plane's engine paperwork controls? I like my time being wasted, do you?

@SouthwestAir flight 2253. Emergency landing that could have been avoided had we not had to wait 50 MINUTES LATE for a pair or stewards to arrive. Now you pilot says PAPERWORK is why we cant take off? PAPERWORK!?! So this paperwork must happen now? We have places to be!!!
