Ordered over 1.5 hours ago, should have been ready 30+ minutes ago. Only thing in the online pickup box is a package of lunch meat with a pickup time of five hours ago. #Publix

One time my sub was in a pile behind the counter with several others while the pickup box had other subs with later scheduled pickup times.

Of the last several Publix subs I have ordered online, none have been available at the scheduled time. Today was no exception. Waited 45+ minutes beyond while I finished my shopping but still no sub with my name in the box. Do better @Publix #publix
