That would most likely go down as a true "What If?" and potential full stop to any possibility of Rhea shining as she does now. Had that happened, that 2020 RR win for Charlotte would easily win this.

However, her 2020 win got her to Rhea which made their rematch in 2023 even better. 2025's RR win was to add to Tiffany's run as 1 of the longest modern day title runs which was the icing on the cake for putting Tiffany further into that top tier.
