@nsndngb6243@yoncecapital@Bryce_Estelle "They can only charge u per day up until ur sentenced"
this is completely wrong, also you used "ur" instead of "you're" but there is a easy way to settle this go to jail then get back with me when you get out and lemme know if they charged you daily have a nice day Mr. burner acc
@nsndngb6243@yoncecapital@Bryce_Estelle that's not true you pay for every day you are in jail regardless of any additional charges (phone calls food and what not)
@venusthedrainer@Luacyntia@yoncecapital@Bryce_Estelle yeah I had no idea about it until someone I know got a sentenced for a 2nd DUI and told me about it I mean I would get garnishing wages for work release inmates but a general room and board fee is crazy work
@nsndngb6243@yoncecapital@Bryce_Estelle I mean google is free, anyone i know that has gone to jail in my state has paid $100-$150 per day while in jail some on work release some not on work release
@Missinformed67@yoncecapital@Bryce_Estelle if you don't pay it it can go against your credit, they can take tax returns, put leans of your property and can violate your probation
@nsndngb6243@yoncecapital@Bryce_Estelle At least 43 states authorize charging incarcerated people for the cost of their own imprisonment.

@02percent_@yoncecapital@Bryce_Estelle sure do they call it "room and board fees" and if you don't pay it it can go against your credit, they can take tax returns, put leans of your property and can violate your probation
@ItsCass9@anti_woke0@viking_gumball I would also like to state the I think this a stupid change that could have been gone about in a different way to get the desired affect this is a very blunt force way to begin going about this VS just maybe making paper work from XYZ place not recognized to make it more official
