@LaurentSault@TheAthleticFC Yes. Yes I am stupid.
So stupid that I expect a regulatory board not to get stumped by someone cooking their books and acting in bad faith.
But your point stands. Clearly the financial audit wasn’t vigorous and needed a leak to expose it
@usmntonly Almost every game we find ourselves in a scrap like this. It’s getting pretty stupid. Yes Richards should have pushed that guy away. Don’t need 5 guys running in like the Chilean just booted the goalie in the face.
At some point we are the common denominator. We have zero control over our emotions. Should Richards have told that guy to piss off? Absolutely. Don’t need 5 guys running over to scrap. Chile more than happy to oblige

@USMNT@NewYorkLife Nice piece of play for our goal but they really do look like scoring every time they wander to our end of the pitch
Also official petition to stop calling Antonee Robinson, Jedi. It’s ridiculous
@11Yanks Chiles little bit of pressure in the middle of the half all stemmed from Brady being glued to his line. It’s likes he’s scared to come out after that Mane goal pre-WC
And then just flapping away on that goal…which was actually somewhat humorous
Two things can be true 1) FFP sucks and keeps clubs from climbing the ladder 2) Man City decided that they didn’t want to play that game and just ‘frauded’ their way to the top.
And it’s not a matter of “well their owners had the money”. Lots of teams do. Send them packing
@markgoldbridge I mean everyone in the world knew this was coming….but City and the new transfers were caught off guard? Not buying that. More like one last hurrah hoping they mighty get away with just a transfer ban
@11Yanks Stage didn’t look to big for the new kids. Hard not to be optimistic.
Oddly enough the most uncomfortable looking player was Musah….which was just an odd performance from him
@c25351822@USMNT Season ticket holder for 16 years, this youth movement is definitely fun but it hasnt been the standard MLS approach until very recently
This cycle lives and dies with finding two CBs and a goalie. Everything else will work itself out….without those 3 positions being solidified and rock steady, literally nothing else matters.
The next three years should be testing every combo we can

@USMNT 1. We look super shaky defending crosses…like shockingly so
2. Think we’ve looked ok in the final third for a group that’s never played together
3. Are you kidding me with all of the Peruvian fans? They scored and I thought the game was in Lima for a second
Giving Sullivan a yellow card for that is just the ref getting baited into it. Classic South/Central American tactics. If you all try to fight the player the ref assumes it was worse than it was #usmnt
