@fitbit I bought a charge 6, 6 weeks ago. The unit turned up completely dead and wouldn’t take a charge. Unit replaced and exactly the same thing. 3rd unit now arrived today, totally dead again!! Spent 50 mins on the phone to you, tens of e-mails, 50+ X messages. HELP!
