@BarclaysUKHelp We have never been told to get in touch with a mandate team, we sent forms back in Feb, today we asked to transfer money and confirm signatories, told they would try to transfer and can only deal with 1 request at a time come back again, nice in a Pandemic to a 70 yr old man

@BarclaysUK we have been trying to add signatories to our account since 2016 but Barclays cant manage this simple task our Chairman & signatory went to Holmfirth branch today and was met by 2 of the most unhelpful people ever, a disgrace, no response to letters or emails either
