The families of the lifeboatmen who died in the @penleelifeboat disaster stood alongside relatives of those on the Union Star ship on the clifftops of Cornwall as a new memorial was unveiled.
The granite stone stands above where the disaster happened, 40 years ago.

Congratulations to Zak Brockman grandson of the late Nigel Brockman & Charlie Greenhaugh who lost their lives on the @RNLI lifeboat #SolomonBrowne in Dec 1981 Zak ran his virtual London Marathon today raising money for the @BrowneUnion memorial project 💙
