Two stats this week via @dylanwiliam stuck in my mind:
1. Teachers teaching top end class can be 6 times more likely to be judged favourably compared to teaching bottom end class.
2. Novice teacher can take 4 hrs to plan 1 hr lesson; expert T can take just 5 mins! Learning curve!
