The students at Sumner Academy are a great example of what’s possible when hard work, high expectations, and strong educators come together.

I enjoyed visiting Sumner Academy in Wyandotte County and seeing firsthand the people and programs behind one of Kansas’ top-performing schools. It was great to spend time with students and educators who are helping build a strong future for our state.
