I'm not the biggest believer in New Year's resolutions.

They never seem to stick and always feel temporary- like it being a New Year will magically carry us to our goal.

It's not enough.

We need a bigger and better motivator.

We need to ask ourselves, what do we want to achieve in 2025?

AND WHY?

Why is it important to us?

Want to lose weight? Why?
Want to build muscle? Why?
Want to get stronger? Why?

Figure that out, and it won't be another failed New Year's solution.
