@dbongino If you pay someone to rob a bank but not involved yourself you go to jail when discovered. The penalty is greater than the reward for you. A nation pays a bribe to a politician and the next admin. discovers the bribe why no penalty for that nation?

I have heard of people spending $50,000 to $100,000 on trips to foreign lands to adopt a newborn. It costs for travel expenses, one sometimes two trips and fees to go through the process. Offer a lady half that amount who wants an abortion to have the baby?
