This clown is a Senior Investigator at IDAC but claims not to know who sits in a committee that decides on cases to be investigated.
How do you not know who decides on your work?
Charge him with perjury.

Chair Madlanga to Padayachee:
โThatโs a quantum leap in logicโ ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
Referring to Padayachee saying he believed that there was fraud and corruption relating to General Khumalo matter as referred by Fadiel Adams
Shame this time Colonel Padayachee refused to answer about the confusion regarding signatures in Fadiel Adams statement. Where it appears Chief Investigator Dylan Perumal signed Adams statement. He said nope Perumal must come answer himself. ๐

DISCREPENCIES DRAWS QUESTIONS TO ADAMS AFFIDAVIT
Baloyi has withdrawn her question, indicating that it will be deferred until Advocate Andrea Johnson's return.
Sello says commissioners requested documents from a docket.
Sello reminds Padayachee that he says the in-take committee decides on criminal referral. It seems Sello wants to establish where some of the documents would've been and how Adams filed a complaint.
Padayachee adds theres an inquiry number on the system.
Madlanga notes that the affidavit (below) indicates it was commissioned in Cape Town, yet the stamp utilized is from Pretoria. He finds this discrepancy unusual. Padayachee clarifies that their office stamp bears "Pretoria" as they do not maintain an office in Cape Town.
Madlanga expresses that this explanation lacks logical coherence and does not accurately reflect the factual circumstances. While the identification of Perumal is not a point of contention, the primary concern revolves around the date stamp. Madlanga finds it peculiar that stamps would be transported, and he asserts that while a date stamp is not mandatory, its presence implies the document was commissioned in Pretoria. Padyachee concedes.
Baloyi highlights that affidavits have been dismissed by the court due to non-compliance, which prompts inquiry into whether the deponent was indeed present before the commissioner of oaths.
Baloyi asks if the form (Section 27) is kept by IDAC in its office or at the SAPS. She asks how it works. Padayachee says they have copies. He says IDAC now has exhibit bags.
Padayachee says he did not take the statement.
Padayachee indicates that the signatures are incorrectly positioned. Sello seeks clarification regarding the individual who affixed the signature. Padayachee states that Adams provided his signature. Sello inquires whether the signature is required to be that of the individual providing the statement. Padayachee concurs. He says the person taking a statement is responsible for the document.
Padayachee asserts that Perumal should provide clarification regarding the documents he signed, and it is inappropriate to question him about Perumal's actions.
IN SUMMARY:
The commission has raised concerns regarding Adams' affidavit, citing several discrepancies within the statement recorded by Chief Investigator Dylan Perumal. These discrepancies pertain to the signature and the location of the commissioning of the affidavit.
The commission questioned who signed the statement and the basis for its admissibility in court.

WATCH | Seven months ago, the City of Johannesburg lost access to all automated traffic speed cameras. The Johannesburg Metro Police Departmentโs contract with the service provider, Syntell, lapsed in December last year, and no replacement has been appointed yet.
I still remember this article from last year.
Adv Andrea Johnson told News24 that she was going to the Ad Hoc committee to give them the โFACTSโ about General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.
Then her performance was very โfact freeโ and yesterday she submitted a โuseless sick noteโ
Experts say, in principle, a commission of inquiry such as the Madlanga Commission has broad powers to regulate its own proceedings and ensure witnesses comply with summonses.
If a witness repeatedly fails to appear because of illness, the Commission can:
-Request or direct that a detailed medical certificate be produced.
-Require an independent medical assessment if it is not satisfied with the evidence provided or if there are doubts about a witnessโs fitness to testify.
-Postpone the testimony until the witness is medically fit.
-Consider alternative arrangements, such as taking evidence virtually or at another suitable venue, if appropriate.
Ultimately, the Commission must balance the witnessโs health with its duty to complete its work efficiently.
Whether it orders an independent medical examination would depend on the circumstances and whether there is a genuine dispute about the witnessโs inability to testify.
Given that several important witnesses are reportedly ill, the Commission could seek stronger medical verification if it considers it necessary to protect the integrity and progress of its proceedings.
The Madlanga Commission will scrutinise a medical certificate submitted by Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (Idac) head Advocate Andrea Johnson after she failed to appear before the inquiry on Monday. Tune in to #eNCA, channel #DStv403.
They told us how they will come to the commission & prove Gen. Mkhwanazi wrong. But how the brave are being hospitalised when it is time to face Madlanga! They hope we will suspect that someone is working some magic to make sure they donโt come to expose their opponents. But long have they been healthy to abuse IDAC for nefarious reasons. Long have they been in good health to destabilise policing and the uprooting of crooked cops from its ranks!
Long have they shielded mafias and drug lords from justice. Providing cover for their murderous operations!
Blame us, but the illnesses that befall them are soo timely! So well occasioned to create conditions in which they canโt come and face the music! Somehow one is left to suspect it is all part of the plan: they know their stories do not hold!
We see them for who they are! And we shall not perish in their schemes! The truth will prevail!
Oh General Mkhwanazi!
Wena the Milpark Hospital giver!
Wena the panic attack causer!
Wena the plea deal hlukanisa!
Wena โwhereโs the evidenceโ giver!
Wena ten past 4 multiplied to infinity!

#AndreaJohnson Legal Rep has informed the #MadlangaCommission that Andrea Johnson was rushed to hospital this morning!

Oh General Mkhwanazi, what have you done
The commission has been provided with a medical certificate.
Adv Andrea Johnson has been admitted to hospital.
The chair says the certificate is another โuselessโ one. It gives no details.
Her testimony has been postponed to a date to be determined.
