@DandyDonSF Was he really one of our own though? All he has said is 'my home town club'. Agree that it is massively weird there was never an exit interview
@ScottWisely5xo@fut_maverick Darren Mackie had pace but he wasn't the answer either. Surely with the Lutz contacts we can come up with something with more potential
@tailso1988@harrtheo We are Aberdeen FC mate, hoping for top 6 is a massive loser mentality. No offence but this is Scottish football not a top top league
@fut_maverick Once the window opens and we spend money on the attacking part then we will see Lutz's contacts at work, please let this be true π€£π€£π€£
@fut_maverick@ScottWisely5xo I don't mind 2 sitting midfielders in a 4-2-3-1 but 3-5-2 has been horrific and if Olusanya is what they think is the final piece of the jigsaw for our attack i will say rinse and repeat later on this year/ early next year and then we sign a bucket load of wingers and repeat!!!!
@fut_maverick@ScottWisely5xo Totally agree. All wingers being binned screams 5-3-2 or 3-5-2 and neither of those has been successful in the 5 years/4 managers that have tried it. SR said his preferred system was 4-3-3 did he not? So that was BS to get in the door.
@StandFree_AFC I think the Anthony Stewart pain is still there for League 1 defenders. Clearly going with a 5-3-2 which hasn't worked when tried over the last 5 years plays a massive part in the negativity tbh. Very early but there is nothing with the signings so far to get folk excited.
@TheRustler83@1_LPfannenstiel 3 Manager changes? How have you come up with that?
I'd say our transfer window last Summer was far worse under Gunner than January. This boy will be judged on the next 3 months in getting as many of those players out. Let's revisit come the end of August.
