A humane solution for mentally ill people (criminals) should be devised. I propose a tracking device be attached to identified criminals so that they can be linked to public cameras and AI. If a human is committing a crime they will receive an incapacitating shock to immobilize them so that police can quickly detain and arrest the perpetrator. It is only the anonymity and lack of repercussions that allows this to continue.
