@Vimeo I've filed complaints and notified my bank, but still no resolution.
Can someone explain why a customer who has repeatedly requested cancellation for 6 months is still being billed?

@Vimeo I've spent the last 6 months trying to cancel my account and stop recurring charges.
You removed my access to the admin page, ignore support requests, and continue charging my credit card. Even after card was replaced, charges continued through a merchant tracer service.
@Vimeo Serious question:
Why does a company that makes it easy to sign up make it nearly impossible to cancel? For 6 months I've requested cancellation, lost access to the page required to cancel myself, received little to no response, and continue being charged.
