@DocuSign is a perfect example of terrible client support -they push all enquiries to their support portal but NEVER respond. Calling in is next to impossible & equally useless. #frustratedcustomer #onlychoiceleftistooairmyfrustrationsonline #theyclearlygrewtoofast

@RotmanEvents for an exceptional speaker, #MalcolmGladwell (I'm a huge fan!). Conviction Hall is full of 'strangers' learning how to talk with others! Awesome talk, thought-provoking, entertaining - just like listening to his podcasts. #RotmanEvents #TalkingtoStrangers

Fascinating lecture @RotmanEvents @MartinProsperiT A compelling case for equality to sustain social capital & support a free market economy, setting social norms in pursuit of finding a balance of self & communal interests. #Shiftdisturbers @StevePearlstein

On Christmas Eve, 50 years ago, our world was forever changed with ‘Earthrise’. After a tumultuous year, this powerful photo gave us a new perspective on our shared home. In 2019, let’s remember how fragile Earth is, and how much more we have in common than what divides us.
