@DrLindaDykes @maxforrester @Trisha_the_doc We would prob be more popular with patients if we did switch Sando K for banana splits with choc sauce and flaked almonds. Would also provide sone magnesium which is often lacking in resistant hypokalaemia

@DrLindaDykes @maxforrester @Trisha_the_doc It's milligrams. So a banana is about 11mmol. A Sando K tablet provides 12mmol. Bananas much more palatable for many but 4-6 bananas per day for 3 days less achievable and less suitable for some due to carb content

@A_V_Simpson @LongCovidComms Gave up on lowest dose bisoprolol was dropping HR too low at night. "luckily" ended up on ivabradine for sinus tachy after ablation for arrhythmia. Low dose of that & midodrine has helped POTS a bit. Like you, fluids; salt and compression didn't help. Hope you find something soon
