@lyndseyfifield Can relate. I live in a very small close knit community. When a neighbor gets in a jam the texts start flying. Under 10 minutes there is a half dozen or more showing up to help. Solution is soon found and its the talk of the hood for the next week.

Had a guy do some work for me. Foundations, framing and doors, windows, trim, etc. I was skeptical of the doors, windows, trim. Project completed on-time, within budget and zero re-work. Showed up every day on time and cleaned up every day. By far, not the cheapest bid but well worth it with quality and the non-hassle factor.
