Therefore @Rovers I expect there to be more “customer” engagement as any business would do, re food/drink offerings/ entertainment etc. Giving fans opportunity to vote MOTM etc are just some ideas. I don’t hate the idea, I recognise the reasoning but it needs work on both sides

However, if @Rovers are positioning supporters as “customers” in this way, then I would argue the club needs to be more “customer focused”.

These one off initiatives etc need to be at a fair cost, & not here’s a scheme but it’s going to cost you X amount to be “loyal enough”

More info on the loyalty system @Rovers has been announced & seems to clarify that points will be carried over.

The new system as I understand it, appears to make sense given the change in rules. Club needs to generate more income and is trying to find ways to do that.
