@TempurPedic I spent over $3k on a mattress and then wasn't told the mattress wasn't in stock only to wait 2weeks without a committed delivery so i canceled my order on May 10th and still no refund as im being told that the tempur team is waiting for the carrier to confirm status

@BankofAmerica 2/3 The other charges were shopping charges & returns and not a 1yr+ fraudulent charges of using a ride sharing app with 2-4 charges a day over that 1yr+ fraud. We don't use ride-sharing for the credit card in question and if we ever did it wouldn't be 1-4/day
@BankofAmerica 1/3 We are super unsatisfied with the reversal in the credit card fraud claim. The letter we just received "after" BofA reversed the claim came two week afterward stating the the fraud claims showed systemic patterns of other charges.
@OoniHQ the worse customer support experience in trying to return an item for refund. The hoops of returning an unboxed cover for the oven is ridiculous. You return department is asking us to unbox the item, take pictures, rebox, etc
