Last week I told a true story on stage at the great @ConfabStories show!

It was about fairies helping me navigate my grief, and my journey from one side of the Atlantic ocean to the other in the aftermath of trauma.

Thankssss to @paulaflalo for helping me bring it to the stage!

YAAAA! back on the NYtimes bestseller list for the 2nd week in a row...”the art of asking” audiobook is kicking ass & taking names. if you haven’t read it, it’s part memoir, part marriage/artist/musician/human manual, & i still can’t believe i wrote (and read) a whole book. ♥️

[Brune Smith @BruneWrites]

I liked this movie! Despite its shortcomings in terms of societal representation. It leaves a lot of room for imagination and engages the audience in a wide array of subjects (gender fluidity yes, but other things too).

I can't yet articulate how @3Billboards resonated. But it does compel me to work on it in a way that takes time. Saw it twice. So far. https://t.co/GjSYB2FHk0

Pure joy in starting 2018 discovering the existence of @Miranda_July and Ariel Levy @avlskies through this stunning novel and this compelling memoir.

(Might have a thing for neon pink too but that's beside the point. Or is it?)

Acupuncturist says my body resembles those of people who've been in a car accident. For the head not to detach from the body, spine fiercely pulls everything back towards the center.
