@artbyhumans My father and mother in law both collect manga and they have like, thousands of tankobons. It’s amazing, my mother in America never in her life picked up a comic to read.
@BigGeordieUK@AUTOMATON_ENG Ai is a cost cutting tool. Bazillion indie teams can’t afford to pay for a full CGI team and voice actors, for example. Big corps are just being cheap cunts.
@Mega_Nova_@AUTOMATON_ENG With all the Pachinko money they make, they don’t have to “cheat” anymore in vanilla games. Their problem with Kojima was that he was always spending all their pachinko money 😂
@LORElitaPixie I also have never seen a Manga trying to impose political ideology down my throat. Unless it’s a title specifically about that, it simply stays focused, it doesn’t happen because authors respect the role play there.
@kitsuneamira@Isthefickleone@ManuelV2872313 Nah she was well aware of everything, her mother warned her several times about how it goes. When you want to quit politely in Japan, you just say you must take care of elder relatives, nobody can refuse your resignation neither point fingers at you.
@ManuelV2872313 The Japanese do not believe ANYTHING has value, unless you would put your life on the line and literally accept to die for it. It’s the Japanese “paradox”, no matter what, it’s always the same: “-sacrifice yourself.”
@AlexCarten_ lol this post is yet another reason why science is filled with Dunning Krueger figures and why I completely avoid these topics these days. The confidence may completely make you believe it’s all true and accurate.
