@Llewelyn68 @UniNMBU The Phytophthora lesion is presumably from P. cambivora since we have isolated it from the same stand of trees earlier. Yes, it is downy mildew - Plasmopara nivea on ground elder. First time I have seen the latter but registered here already in 1885.
