Exeter was down double digits with less than 90 seconds left before storming a ridiculous comeback to force OT.

CFB recruiting these days is a joke. Twice in 30 day period an FCS coach communicates an offer is coming, and to not even close the loop with that recruit after you decide to go in a different direction, is classless. Speaks volumes of some programs and their current state.
