The date is March 1, 2026. That can only mean one thing. It is time to start National Athletic Training Month. Over the next 31 days, follow along as we celebrate AT and advocate for its future. Advocating for AT is Care You Can Count On. #AT4ALL#NATM2026 Let’s go!
Adaptability: I think one reason that ATs face burnout is the constant need to adapt. Adapt to changing schedules. Adapt to different coaches’ communication desires, adapting to different protocols, adapting to do the best we can in inadequate facilities with inadequate resources
🏈 FINAL: GRAVETTE 35 – gentry 21 🏈
🔥 HUGE rivalry win for Big G! The energy was electric, and the team showed up and showed out when it mattered most!
Locked in. Postseason mode: ON. 💪

Athletic training is not a one-size-fits-all career. We all do things in different ways, we all have different processes and takes on things. We have different personalities, perspectives, and values. And there’s so much beauty in that
Stiff Hips?
The Problem: Sitting all day limits our hips to just flexion/extension
The Solution: Hip mobility requires a comprehensive approach. With 27 muscles crossing the hip joint (plus many more above and below), we need to attack it from all angles—literally.
Big THANK YOU to @KylerMclaughlin State Farm for providing our team’s post game meal on Friday! Great fan and supporter of Gravette Football 🏈

Let’s keep it rolling!
I wish someone would come spend an entire afternoon with me to get some real perspective on everything ATs do during the day.
We are so much more than just tape, ice, and sideline coverage.
Being an athletic trainer means long hours, tough decisions, and unwavering dedication—but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Proud to help athletes stay healthy, recover, and perform at their best. Happy #NationalAthleticTrainingMonth to my fellow ATs! #AT4Life#SportsMedicine
