My phone had never been exposed to any type of liquid. Again, on a recorded call, the #Samsung rep said this could be caused by sweaty hands or humidity in the air. This is how @SamsungMobileUS is avoiding #GalaxyFlip and #GalaxyFold manufacturer defects. Lawsuit incoming.

After a denied warranty repair due to "liquid damage", i called @SamsungMobileUS and recorded my conversation. The rep admitted that simply walking outside can cause "liquid damage" and further verified #Samsung can, basically, void any warranty it so desires. @SamsungMobile

Hey @SamsungMobileUS, I sent in my phone for a warranty repair. It was deemed voided due to "liquid damage". My phone has never been exposed to liquid. Just got off the phone with rep who said could be sweaty hands or simple humidity...any device could easily he voided. #Samsung

I don't have a following on here, but I 100% DO NOT recommend @GetSpectrum for mobile service (or internet). I have the upgrade anytime plan and have had an upgrade order pending for 2 months. No shipment, no reason, no resolution. #SPECTRUM #SpectrumMobile

@Ask_Spectrum I've reached out multiple times and have spent countless hours on the phone (and in store) with no resolution. I'm not longer seeking a resolution. I'm now launching a social campaign on all platforms to share my horrible experience and discourage others from ever using Spectrum.
