Worst customer service in the history!!
Transferred to 4 different departments today. I sure wish I could speak to someone in charge. And now I am being told that this department is closed at 1:20 in the afternoon

After another call, this one from Ally, they want to transfer me to anther department. Why

Still no answers. No help. No customer service!! On hold and when I ask for a supervisor I am told, “I’m sorry supervisors are not available today!” I’m calling all the major car dealerships to tell them what their customers are getting if they finance with @ally

This has to be the worst company ever! Do not invest in Ally and definitely don’t use them to finance anything. I called customer no-service, spent almost 7 hours on the phone, most on hold, got transferred 6 times.
That was only one out of 14 calls.

Can Ally say “Breach of Contract “ law suit? Paid my car on time3 years, never missed a payment. Car totaled and insurance left $2000 to pay. Was still paying on time, Ally closed then charged off account and reported charge off to credit bureau. Don’t use Ally!
