Then you need qualified people working and managing, and that takes a while. I agree w/you though. Should have already been done.

Yesterday I was running brass exercises at the HS band I teach, and asked the kids to sing. When I modeled it for them, another instructor said I had an angelic voice and they should strive for that 😭 my heart 😭
