So he says that the reports were supposed to break the cycle of offending, and he says that he has seen it work.  How does he then explain the incredible increase in actual crime and the incredible increase in actual re-offending then?  Just like all socialists, what he imagines in his head is more important than the reality.

@LeoMolloyNZ The government handling of Covid, will ultimately prove to be their greatest failure. Blocking our people from returning home and not allowing people to be with their loved ones when they were facing death were reprehensible and unforgivable. For a govt who urged us to be kind !

@winstonpeters What a load of garbage. Chch continued to get major quakes up to 15 months after the first big one. To start building before the ground settled would have been completely irresponsible. The insurance industry pumped billions of dollars into claim settlements.
