BPD is on scene of a fatality crash in the 6100 block of E State Hwy 21 in front of Coulter AirField. Eastbound and westbound lanes are closed for the investigation. Eastbound traffic is being diverted to Wallis Rd. Westbound traffic is being diverted to Carrabba Rd. Avoid area.
