@rcarrick I have Tangerine and Simplii. I prefer Simplii because their cheques are free. Tangerine is first 50 free, then $50 for more. Interest rates might be higher with Tangerine but not by much. Both banks do promo interest offers but almost always for savings accounts

@CPBH01 @ReformTarion Ok thank you! What kind of “proof” would I need for BBB or small claims? I have several neighbours telling me theirs is the same as mine. I have a few pictures as well. I also have emails from the builder saying maybe the paint contractors made an error and left it as white.

@ReformTarion @CPBH01 I paid to have doors/trim painted white. Standard is off white. After speaking with several neighbours, they all have white but didn’t pay to upgrade. Builder and Tarion say I got what I paid for. So Tarion can’t help and builder won’t refund. Any help?

@Mathieu90254444 @ReformTarion I’m also in a new home. We did AC work and I was gonna seal the vapour barrier with red tuck tape I already had. The contractor we had over doing work told me that red tuck tape is not up to code. Must be blue for vapour barrier. Changed ~2 years ago. You should look into that
