THE ODYSSEY
La espera de Argos🐕 no es solo un detalle en la Odisea: es uno de los símbolos más crueles y hermosos de lealtad en la historia de la literatura.

Mientras Odiseo vagaba durante 20 años enfrentándose a dioses y monstruos, su fiel compañero, Argos, esperó pacientemente en Itaca. La escena final, que muchos de nosotros vimos en el cine, no se trata solo de una reunión, sino de el tiempo que nos fue robado y la lealtad que permanece intacta, incluso cuando el mundo olvida quién somos.

Ver a Argos allí, ladrando, pero reconociendo a su dueño en el momento final, es un recordatorio visceral de lo que significa "hogar". El perro no estaba esperando a un rey o a un guerrero legendario; estaba esperando al hombre que le dio amor.😥💔
