Gyokeres stans this and that, I’m not even a Gyokeres Stan, but those guys are the only ones that argue with facts, everything people bring to defend #29 is hypothetical, so many ifs. The fact is that every club that employed Gyokeres in the last three years won the league and he scored 20 plus.

Since Viktor Gyökeres fans have decided to make this defeat about them, some even going as a far saying “Gyökeres won Arsenal the league”

For the record, Viktor Gyökeres scored 14 Premier League goals for Arsenal in 2025/26, and only five were actually influential to the match outcome. One of those was a penalty, and none came against an opponent Arsenal traditionally struggled against:

Burnley 2-0: opener in the 14th minute

Everton 1-0: 27th-minute penalty, the only goal of the game

Everton 2-0: 89th-minute goal to break a 0-0 deadlock

Fulham 3-0: opener in the 9th minute

Spurs 4-1: made it 2-1 in the 47th minute after Spurs had equalized

Again, how exactly did Gyökeres win Arsenal the league?

He won Arsenal the league and he is not in the team of the year or Player of the year nomination? 😭😂😂

Life was so much better when we were winning the league with Gyokeres and Eze while Havertz and Odegaard sat in the sick bay for 90% of the season

We won as they were not heavily involved. Gyokeres, Eze and Trossard were far more relevant than anything Arteta's children did
