@RahulRajVerse Mexico wasn’t robbed. They put forth three bids to fifa. All three were accepted. They could have included more. But it required a lot of money to fix old and dilapidated stadiums to do so.
That’s not Americas fault.
@MaxRadwan Dude Mexico literally put in a total of three bids. 3. All 3 were accepted. They sure as shit could have had a larger footprint for the World Cup. But they decided not to. Quit talking out your ass.
@GongR1ght Actually you have it backwards. Now those 3v4 games have so much more at stake. You need a win for a chance at moving on. Now the Czechs need a win vs Mexico for any shot at moving on. Ditto SA VS SK. With both being very tall orders.
@ManagerTactical We shouldn’t host again until we agree to build out public transportation for games and reel in prices. Because this is fucking shitty. Also, if CONMEBOL doesn’t get a full Cup and we get a second, fuck the system.
@clkmotsmlvlle If you bothered to look at the schedule you’d see that starts tomorrow. The first couple days are wonky due to wanting the three hosts to get the first batch of games. Starting tomorrow it’ll be 3-4 per day. Most at noon, 3, 6, 9 pm est.
@GongR1ght Definitely not 400. Ticket prices are insane. But the lowest prices I have found have been in the 150-200 range. And they are likely to drop more.
@BrianEdJones@smellslikejey If you want to blame anyone for the lack of games in Mexico, the blame lies with them. Because they were unwilling to spend the money to make renovations to the stadiums to put forth more sites. Not on the US.
