It's all about 'Mind Body Golf' for Scotland senior men's international Paul Moultrie. 🧠 💪 ⛳

The Royal Troon member is proud to support his Scotland senior men's and women's squad teammates by hosting online sessions to train physicality and improve a player's mindset.

And he does it knowing his drive to improve their golf games may impact his own chances of winning!

Paul is one of 144 players pegging it up this week's Scottish Senior Men's Open at Bruntsfield Links Golfing Society (17-19 June).
