2/2 we didn’t know what was going on for an hour. I didn’t know if it was a drill or for real. Now I know what happened and we likely weren’t in any danger. But for those first few minutes when we were rushing kids inside I went to the worst case scenario. It’s was a possibility.

1/2 My school went in lockdown this afternoon because there was an armed robbery/shooting at a house across the street.
It was my lunch so I didn’t have students but once we got all the kids inside from recess I locked myself in my room and shut off the lights.
