@robertsullivan Tech used in #TradeUnion communication these days would have been interesting when I was an activist. My HoD was also Union Rep until I joined and I saw this as conflicting interests. He would have known our plans and be prepared to handle our response #OUB329Wk16

@robertsullivan I found the Power and Resistance framework interesting this week to see the likely responses to types of #leadership practice. The response to the leadership practice gives the opportunity for the workforce to accept or #resist the instruction #OUB329Wk15
