@GreatRudolpho @justacwab The two dash lines on the kerb do mean no parking stopping etc, at any time, your are correct 😁
However the truck is stopped on the opposite side of the kerb and it's markings. IE in the cycle lane.
Which this cycle lane is only an advisory one.
No offense is being committed.

@Sandford_Police I have seen this a couple of times, if the driver of the car has been idling the engine for some time, it will re-activate the ( PCP) Pedestrian Collision Protection air cushion .
There is a petition on line to make them visible.
